The role of Environmental Measurement Technician is to provide radon, mold, lead paint, asbestos, water and indoor air quality testing to support and complement the home inspection process.
This service position requires a flexible schedule as hours will vary day to day due to the nature of the role-there are no set hours. The person for this position must provide superior customer service as you will be entering clients homes. The person must also be able to work with minimal supervision and be a self starter.
-Set and retrieve Radon monitors. Interpret, provide findings and recommendations to client and Realtor. Maintain calibration and documentation of Radon Monitors. Future requirements will require licensure through the state of Minnesota starting 2019.
-Provide Mold, Lead Paint, Asbestos, Water and Indoor Air Quality testing as requested. Interpret, provide findings and recommendations to client and Realtor.
